Procedure :
- Open UMT QcFire
- Go to Flasher Tab
- Click on Multi Program Mode
- Click on Firmware button
- Choose citrus_global_images_V12.0.8.0.QJFMIXM_20210525.0000.00_10.0_global_78866be93e firmware folder
- Now Put Phone on EDL Mode Using Below Image of POCO M3 Edl Test Point Picture There Highlight Two Point Just Short it using Tweezer
