However, there's no need to panic. With a few troubleshooting steps, you can often resolve this problem and get your device back up and running smoothly. In this guide, we'll walk you through some effective methods to fix the "Hang on Logo" issue on your Jio F120B.
Understanding the Issue
Before diving into the solutions, let's briefly understand what the "Hang on Logo" issue entails. When you power on your Jio F120B, instead of booting up normally, it gets stuck at the brand logo screen (Jio logo) and doesn't progress further. This can happen due to various reasons, including software glitches, corrupted files, or hardware issues.

If the above methods don't work, performing a factory reset may help. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on your device, so make sure to back up important files beforehand. Here's how to do it:
- Power off your Jio F120B.
- Press and hold the * button and power button simultaneously until the device boots in Jio Logo then Leave only Power button and continues press and hold * button until Recovery Mode.
- Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset" and select it using the power button.
- Confirm the action by selecting "Yes."
- Once the process is complete, select "Reboot system now."
JIO F120B Flash Stock Firmware
If the "Hang on Logo" issue persists after trying the above methods, flashing the stock firmware can often resolve it. This process reinstalls the original operating system on your device, eliminating any software-related problems. You'll need a computer and the appropriate firmware file for your Jio F120B model.
