This is tested by me without any error, no many time can flash this rom, cmw recovery, root files. That all files i use only first time and done job so i understand if comes any error using this tutorial so understand you can't understand this tutorial so please carefully read this tutorial after try to following procedure here all are links tested without any error and tested by me, remember before use this tutorial first backup all in device like contacts, photos, videos, etc and also check update related like micro usb cable it's working well or not?, check sd card that working well or not, check downloaded file working well or not in your devices, if different use device then this files not working in device not let's go how to update kitkat 4.4.4 version in Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III.

• Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III device with good battery charged up to 90%
• Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III Kitkat 4.4.4 ROM tested
• Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III root file
• Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III CMW recovery file
• Odin flash tool
• Micro usb cable
• SD Memory Card

• Download needed files from above link
• Extract philz_touch_6.07.9-i9300.tar file in desktop or other path
• Open Odin3 v3.07 flash tool
• Click on PDA button and choose philz_touch_6.07.9-i9300.tar.md5 file
• Untick "Auto Reboot" option
• Next Press and hold Volume Down + Home + Power button for Download mode
• Insert usb cable in to device
• Click on Start button in Odin flash tool
• Wait until flash recovery file
• Unplug micro usb cable and take out battery in device
• Copy  UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip or back-to-n00t_ROM_V2 ROM in SD Card
• Insert SD Card in device
• Press and hold Volume UP + Home + Power button for recovery menu
• Choose "wipe data/Factory Reset" from Volume Down button and Press Power button
• Again choose "wipe data/Factory Reset" and Press Power button
• Choose "Yes - wipe all user data" from Volume Down button and Press Power button
• Wait until full erase factory data
• Choose "Wipe Cache Partition" from Volume Down button and Press Power button
• Choose "Yes - wipe cache" from Volume Down button and Press Power button
• Wait until erase cache partition
• Now Go "Advance" option and choose "Wipe Dalvik Cashe" next choose "Yes - Dalvik Cashe"
• After choose " Go back" option
• Now choose "Install zip" and choose "choose zip from /sdcard"
• Choose copied file in Sd card of "UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip" file
• Choose "Install UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip" file wait until update file
• Choose "Go back" and choose "Reboot system now" wait until Turn on device
• Turn off device
• Press and hold Volume Down + Home + Power button for Recovery menu
• Choose "Install zip" and choose "choose zip from sdcard"
• Again choose coped file in SD card of "back-to-n00t_ROM_V2" ROM file
• Choose "Install back-to-n00t_ROM_V2" ROM file
• Wait until update
• After done process choose "Go Back" and "Reboot system now"
• You are done
